Remote management
Continuity after go-live
Optional ongoing care keeps your stack patched, watched, and supported. We focus on the infrastructure you rely on every day—often UniFi and adjacent platforms—with clear channels when something needs attention.
What ongoing care can include
- Firmware and software updates on an agreed cadence, with testing awareness so we are not blindly clicking “upgrade all” during your workday.
- Health checks on gateways, switches, access points, and controller availability; catching drift before it becomes an outage.
- Security-oriented review of new defaults, exposed services, and certificate or VPN posture as vendors ship changes.
- Performance tuning when Wi‑Fi or routing symptoms show up—RF adjustments, VLAN tweaks, or DHCP/DNS fixes as appropriate.
- Priority response when something breaks: triage, remote remediation where possible, and a clear path if a site visit is required.
- Light documentation updates when the running config changes so your records stay honest.
How plans are shaped
Management is not one-size-fits-all. We align scope with what you actually run: pure network, network plus server, or broader homelab and automation stacks. Expectations around hours, response style, and escalation are spelled out up front—not buried in fine print you never see.
Good fits
- Households and small businesses that want professional eyes on the gear without hiring IT full time.
- Anyone who prefers fixes and upgrades to happen on a schedule instead of “when we remember.”
- Installations we (or you) have already brought to a good baseline and you want to keep it there.
